Job summary

BMD Group in Parañaque, Metro Manila, is seeking a Proposals Content Coordinator to join our growing national proposals team, based full‑time on site in our Parañaque office. Reporting to the Group Proposals Manager, this role ensures accuracy, currency, compliance and a reliable single source of truth for tender submissions across markets.

Responsibilities include maintaining the content library, applying governance standards, coordinating with SMEs, and supporting bid templates and standard

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or English.
• 3–4 years in bid/proposal writing or content management in a corporate setting.
• Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
• Professional with confidentiality, discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain content governance, standards, tone, structure and approvals.
• Manage the central proposals content library (Bid Hive) with proper tagging.
• Ensure content complies with brand, legal, safety and risk requirements.
• Coordinate content reviews with SMEs and stakeholders for currency and relevance.
• Promote safe, prompt-ready AI use in proposal development.
