Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Commercial Bid Manager in the Philippines to lead the creation and quality control of client-facing materials such as proposals, case studies, and decks. You will collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and other teams to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and compelling.

You will manage end-to-end bid processes, oversee content quality, and drive cross-department coordination to win opportunities while upholding TaskUs’ content standards and branding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, creative writing, or proposal management.
• Mastery of the English language in both writing and speech.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Highly organized with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of client-facing content and deals, including proposals, decks, case studies, and website content.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Services, and other stakeholders to tailor content to client needs.
• Maintain and update content databases and templates to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
