Job summary

Symbos CX is seeking a senior Bid Manager to own the pursuit lifecycle from qualification to submission and post-bid review. You will lead the response process end-to-end, ensuring compliance, quality and persuasive client-focused narratives.

You will coordinate input from commercial, finance, legal and tech teams, build win themes, and guide senior contributors across time zones to meet deadlines. The role emphasizes governance, speed and value creation.

Qualifications

Five+ years in proposal, bid or pursuit management.
Experience leading complex bids end-to-end as accountable lead.
Background in contact centre, BPO, CX, managed services or professional services.
Strong grasp of operating models, workforce management, quality and CX language.
Experience with multi-year outsourcing bids and Australia/NZ tenders.

Responsibilities

Own the pursuit lifecycle from qualification through submission and post-bid review.
Define win themes, develop compliance matrices, and outline responses.
Write, edit and polish executive summaries and client-facing content.
Coordinate inputs across functions to deliver a coherent solution narrative.
Manage tender portals, clarifications and compliant lodgement; produce packs.
