Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze business data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights across departments. You will design dashboards, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decision-making with advanced analytics.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in BI or related fields, proficiency in Looker, Excel, and SQL, and experience in data governance. A dynamic, fast-paced environment offers opportunities for growth within the BI team.

Qualifications

2–3 years of BPO experience.
4–6 years of BI or related field with focus on analytics & reporting.
Knowledge of Banking Operations / FinTech / Customer Experience.
Expertise in BI tools such as Looker, Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
Experience in data architecture, governance, and BI best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to align BI initiatives with business objectives.
Design and develop dashboards and reporting systems for multiple stakeholders.
Track KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate business strategies.
Present insights and recommendations to leaders and decision-makers.
Identify issues and opportunities through data analysis and propose solutions.
Work with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define project scope and success measures.
