Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience.
• 4-6 years of BI experience with analytics focus.
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / FinTech / Customer Experience.
• Proven BI tool expertise: Looker, Excel, SQL.
• Experience in data architecture and governance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align BI initiatives with business objectives.
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and monitor performance of business strategies.
• Present insights and recommendations to leaders with clear data storytelling.
• Identify issues and opportunities through data analysis and propose solutions.
• Work with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define project objectives and success measures.
• Stay updated with latest BI tools and practices to drive innovation.
