Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience.
• 4-6 years of Experience in Business Intelligence or related field, with focus on advanced analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience.
• Proven expertise in BI tools such as Looker, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
• Experience in data architecture, data governance, and BI best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge in documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic BI collaboration with senior leadership to align BI initiatives with business objectives.
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and metrics to evaluate business strategies and operations.
• Present insights and recommendations to leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS; work with multiple departments to understand data needs.
• Stay updated with latest BI tools and promote adoption of new BI practices.
