Ubiquity seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst with an Analytics focus to analyze data, identify trends, and deliver insights that inform strategic decisions. You will work cross-functionally to understand data needs and develop dashboards and reports for diverse stakeholders, driving business outcomes.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, data governance, and effective data storytelling to support leadership decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

2-3 years of BPO experience.
4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field, with a focus on advanced analytics and reporting.
Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience.
Proven expertise in BI tools such as Google Looker, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
Experience in data architecture, data governance, and implementing BI best practices.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to align BI initiatives with objectives.
Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: Design and develop dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
Visual Presentation: Produce data-driven storytelling and present findings to leaders.
Problem-Solving: Identify issues and opportunities through data analysis and propose solutions.
Collaboration: Work with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define project goals and success metrics.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on BI trends and advocate new practices.
