Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with an Analytics focus to analyze data, derive insights, and support strategic decisions. You will partner with operations, quality, training, and other teams to deliver data-driven recommendations and scalable BI solutions.

You’ll build advanced dashboards, ensure data integrity, and use Looker, Excel, SQL, and visualization tools to tell compelling stories that drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience.
• 4-6 years in BI or related field with analytics focus.
• Proficiency in Looker, Excel, SQL and visualization tools.
• Experience in data governance and BI best practices.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align BI initiatives with business objectives.
• Design and develop dashboards and reporting to meet stakeholder needs.
• Track KPIs and monitor performance of business strategies.
• Present insights clearly to leaders for decision making.
• Identify issues from data and recommend solutions.
• Work with BI Reporting Analyst, MIS and other departments on projects.
