Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights across departments. You will analyze data, identify trends, and deliver dashboards that inform strategic decisions and drive performance improvements.

Collaborate with leadership to define BI requirements, build scalable reporting, and communicate findings with clear storytelling. A background in business or data analytics is preferred, with experience in Looker, Excel, SQL, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field with a focus on advanced analytics and reporting
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience
• Experience in data architecture, data governance, and implementing BI best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge in documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
• In-depth understanding of organization data flow and its use in management decision-making
• Experience in developing data driven business solutions that drive business outcomes
• Knowledge in project management to manage and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Support: Align BI initiatives with business objectives and provide recommendations
• Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop dashboards
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to evaluate strategies
• Visual Presentation: Present findings with data storytelling to leadership
• Problem-Solving: Identify issues and propose data-driven solutions
• Collaboration: Work with BI Reporting Analyst, MIS and other departments
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with BI tools and industry trends
