Job summary

Ubiquity seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze data, deliver insights, and support strategic decisions across departments. You will design dashboards, ensure data integrity, and communicate findings to leaders with data storytelling.

You’ll collaborate with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS, stay ahead of BI trends, and drive data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience
• 4-6 years in BI or related field with a focus on advanced analytics and reporting
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience
• Proven expertise in BI tools such as Google Looker, MS Excel, SQL and data visualization platforms
• Experience in data architecture, data governance, and implementing BI best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge in documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
• In-depth understanding of organization data flow and its use in management decision-making
• Experience in developing data driven business solutions that drive business outcomes
• Knowledge in project management to manage and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align BI initiatives accordingly
• Provide expert recommendations on data-driven strategies and opportunities for business improvement
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems that meet the needs of various stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of BI solutions
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and operations
• Develop a presentation with enhanced data storytelling to improve understanding of insights for better decision making
• Present findings such as business insights and recommendations to leaders and decision-makers
• Identifying issues and opportunities within the business through data analysis and recommending solutions
• Work closely with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define project objectives, scope, and success measures
• Working with various departments, such as operations, quality, training and operations, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights
• Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation within the team
• Advocate for the adoption of new BI practices that enhance the organization's data capabilities
