Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of BPO experience.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field, with a focus on advanced analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience.
• Proven expertise in BI tools such as Google Looker, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
• Experience in data architecture, data governance, and implementing BI best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs.
• Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making.
• Experience in developing data-driven business solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Knowledge in project management to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align BI initiatives accordingly
• Provide expert recommendations on data-driven strategies and opportunities for business improvement
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems that meet the needs of various stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of BI solutions
• Tracking KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and operations
• Develop a presentation with enhanced data storytelling to improve understanding of insights for better decision making
• Present findings such as business insights and recommendations to leaders and decision-makers
• Identifying issues and opportunities within the business through data analysis and recommending solutions
• Work closely with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define project objectives, scope, and success measures
• Working with various departments, such as operations, quality, training and operations, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights
• Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation within the team
• Advocate for the adoption of new BI practices that enhance the organization's data capabilities
