Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of BPO experience.
• 4 to 6 years in BI or a related field with analytics focus.
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience.
• Experience in data governance and implementing BI best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
• Knowledge of documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align BI initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide expert recommendations on data-driven strategies and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract insights and support decision-making.
