Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with an Analytics focus to translate data into actionable strategies. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to uncover insights that drive performance and inform leadership decisions.

You’ll design advanced dashboards, ensure data integrity, monitor KPIs, and tell stories with data for senior stakeholders. A strong background in BI tools and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience.
• 4-6 years of BI or related field with advanced analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / FinTech / Customer Experience.
• Experience in data architecture, data governance, and BI best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making.
• Experience developing data-driven business solutions that drive outcomes.
• Knowledge in project management to manage and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand objectives and align BI initiatives.
• Analyze data to extract insights and support strategic decisions.
• Design and develop dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholders.
• Track KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
