Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience
• 4-6 years BI or related field with focus on advanced analytics and reporting
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / FinTech / Customer Experience
• Proven BI tool expertise (Looker, Excel, SQL, data visualization)
• Experience in data architecture, data governance, and BI best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Knowledge in documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments
• Understanding of organizational data flow for management decision-making
• Experience developing data-driven business solutions
• Knowledge of project management to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align BI initiatives with business objectives
• Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and scalability of BI solutions
• Track KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness
• Develop data storytelling presentations for leaders and decision-makers
• Identify issues and opportunities through data analysis and propose solutions
