Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst with an Analytics focus to translate data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with departments to understand data needs, design dashboards, and drive decision-making with advanced analysis.

You will bring 4–6 years in BI or related fields, plus expertise in Looker, SQL, Excel, and data visualization. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience.
• 4-6 years in Business Intelligence or related field with advanced analytics focus.
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience.
• Proven BI skills with Looker, Excel, SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience in data architecture, governance, and implementing BI best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge in documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs.
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of organization data flow for management decisions.
• Experience developing data-driven business solutions.
• Knowledge in project management to manage and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand objectives and align BI initiatives.
• Provide recommendations on data-driven strategies and opportunities for business improvement.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of BI solutions.
• Tracking KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and operations.
• Develop a presentation with enhanced data storytelling to improve understanding of insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders and decision-makers.
• Identify issues and opportunities within the business through data analysis and propose solutions.
• Work with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define objectives, scope, and success measures.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, training and other departments to understand data needs.
• Stay updated with BI tools, technologies, and trends to drive innovation.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst with an Analytics focus, you will be responsible for analyzing business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that enhance performance and drive business outcomes. Your role involves using advanced data analysis techniques and tools to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Business Support

• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align BI initiatives accordingly
• Provide expert recommendations on data-driven strategies and opportunities for business improvement

Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making
• Design and develop advanced dashboards and reporting systems that meet the needs of various stakeholders
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of BI solutions

Performance Monitoring

• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and operations

Visual Presentation

• Develop a presentation with enhanced data storytelling to improve understanding of insights for better decision making
• Present findings such as business insights and recommendations to leaders and decision-makers

Problem-Solving

• Identifying issues and opportunities within the business through data analysis and recommending solutions

Collaboration

• Work closely with BI Reporting Analyst and MIS to define project objectives, scope, and success measures
• Working with various departments, such as operations, quality, training and operations, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest BI tools, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation within the team
• Advocate for the adoption of new BI practices that enhance the organization's data capabilities

What We’re Looking For:

External Qualifications

• 2-3 years of BPO experience
• 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a related field, with a focus on advanced analytics and reporting
• Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology / Customer Experience
• Proven expertise in BI tools such as Google Looker, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms
• Experience in data architecture, data governance, and implementing BI best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge in documenting user guides and SOPs using Google Docs
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
