Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Diliman Quezon City to drive revenue and grow strategic accounts. The role collaborates with Marketing, leads pre-sales efforts, develops value propositions, and negotiates commercial terms.

You will nurture leads, close deals, guide delivery teams during engagements, report on pipelines, and acquire new customers across industries.

Qualifications

Must be willing to work onsite.
Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course.
8 to 10 years in Business Development in IT software/hardware or related industries.
Ready to be employed and complete requirements.

Responsibilities

Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads.
Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities.
Takes charge of pre-sales efforts, including the creation of a value proposition, the preparation of the proposal and the negotiation process.
Takes charge of closing and finalizing commercial documentation.
Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible.
Develops a strong relationship with our customers.
Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period.
Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis.
Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered.
Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them.
Provides management with customer feedback ad market intelligence.
