Responsibilities

• Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads.
• Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities.
• Leads pre-sales efforts, including value proposition creation, proposal preparation and negotiation.
• Leads closing and finalising commercial documentation.
• Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible.
• Develops a strong relationship with our customers.
• Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period.
• Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis.
• Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them.
• Provides management with customer feedback and market intelligence.
