Job summary

BH AMUAN, INC. is seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager in the Philippines to generate new business opportunities in the construction/design-build sector. The role focuses on building client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and securing invitations to bid for upcoming projects.

You will manage opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and project award, while ensuring pricing and contractual terms are approved by Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development within construction/design-build sectors.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Proven track record in securing invitations to bid and driving pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline of construction/design-build projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Secure invitations to bid and coordinate with internal teams from inquiry to project award.
• Proactively identify prospective clients and projects; coordinate accreditation and requirements across Design, Estimating, Procurement, and Construction teams.
• Do not independently commit pricing, technical specs, contracts, or schedules without Management approval.
