Job summary

BTSMC Managing Solutions, Inc. is urgently seeking a Project Manager / Business Development Engineer on a project basis to drive major capital projects in the Philippines.

The role focuses on project development, commercial management, and strategic client engagement across manufacturing, power, energy, utilities, and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will lead business development, coordinate EPC/EPCM/PMC delivery, and manage budgets, schedules, and risks from opportunity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Finance or related field.
15+ years of professional experience in project development and major capital project delivery.
Experience with capital projects valued at USD 200 million and above.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business and capital project opportunities.
Develop business cases, investment proposals, feasibility assessments, and development strategies.
Lead or support EOIs, RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations with clients and partners.
Lead and manage major capital projects valued at USD 200 million and above.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls.
