Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Branch Sales Associate to support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. Willing to be assigned in 7th Avenue, Fort Bonifacio Burgos Circle, The Firm, The Fort Sunlife Branches.

The role involves assisting the Branch Manager to achieve sales goals, preparing monthly and daily sales call plans and reports, and developing effective sales activities to market retail banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Sales experience in banking environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Experience with credit evaluation and banking policies.
• Experience with account management.

Responsibilities
