Job summary

RCBC is seeking a driven candidate to support the Business Center’s sales objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role involves assisting the Branch Manager to hit sales goals, and preparing monthly and daily sales call plans and reports for accurate action tracking.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong skills in strategic planning, risk management, and credit analysis within a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Experience in sales and banking environments; ability to act with leadership.
• Adept in Strategic Planning and Management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls.
• Knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies.
• Graduated with a business-related degree (4-year).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Prepare monthly and daily sales call plans and reports; record action plans accurately.
• Develop effective sales activities to market retail banking products.
• Support the Business Center's volume objectives through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products.
