Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in B2B sales or account management, experience in travel and tourism, and proven skills in negotiation, relationship building, and client servicing.

This on-site role requires strong communication, the ability to handle multiple accounts, and willingness to conduct client visits and field work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in travel and tourism industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident dealing with travel agencies and corporate clients.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
• Willing to conduct client meetings and field work when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing B2B travel accounts.
• Develop new accounts and partnerships with agencies and corporates.
• Present and promote travel products to B2B clients.
• Handle inquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for servicing.
• Negotiate rates and terms with clients and partners.
• Monitor sales targets and account performance.
• Conduct client visits, meetings and presentations.
