Rapid Forming Corporation is recruiting a results-driven Sales Specialist to develop and maintain knowledge of RFC products, identify prospective customers, and prepare sales plans. You will engage with clients, present solutions, and prepare quotations to secure contracts, while ensuring accurate orders and timely follow-ups.

On-site in Greenhills, San Juan City, with field visits expected and immediate start.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years proven sales experience in steel manufacturing, construction, or property development.
• B2B sales experience required.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, client acquisition, and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rapid Forming products and services.
• Identify and maintain a list of prospective customers.
• Prepare and submit Sales Plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually).
• Prepare and submit a Weekly Sales Status/Accomplishment Report.
• Engage with prospects to identify needs and map to RFC products, including brochures and presentations.
• Prepare and submit sales quotations/proposals and follow up to secure orders or contracts.
• Ensure orders contain all product/price/discount/delivery/payment terms.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with internal teams to address queries and resolve complaints.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and satisfaction.
• Apply 5S for a safe and organized workplace.
• Protect the company’s image and reputation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
