Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience in manufacturing, steel or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong English and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities within steel manufacturing and related industries.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to protect company interests.
• Monitor account performance and service during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and customer service to ensure delivery.
• Maintain CRM records of activities and pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to build network.
