Job summary

Execo, a global AI‑driven services company, is seeking a B2B Collections Specialist in the Philippines. You will support and shape collections strategies, focusing on late payments and safeguarding receivables.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to optimize cash flow, manage high‑value clients, and drive KPI‑driven improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in AR for B2B, strong negotiation, and data‑driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; master’s or CPA/CMA a plus.
• 5+ years in Accounts Receivable or collections in a B2B environment with emphasis on late collections.
• Proven ability to manage complex collection issues with senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency in AR metrics, reporting, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for high‑value clients and senior internal stakeholders on billing issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to streamline collections.
• Communicate collections metrics to leadership and suggest cash‑flow optimizations.
• Lead proactive reminders and negotiations to minimize bad debt while preserving client relationships.
• Design follow‑up schedules and tools to improve AR outcomes and forecast receivables.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk controls in billing and collections.
