Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited in Visayas is seeking an Agency Recruitment Officer to drive recruitment volumes and meet monthly targets. You will coordinate with agency leaders and branch recruitment officers, share best practices, and strategize sourcing initiatives to accelerate hires.

You will support Build Your Business events, ensure platform activation, and track candidates through the pipeline to boost conversion from BYB guests to coding.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• Understands agency recruitment concepts.
• Computer literate; familiar with internet, email and Telegram communications.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• At least three (3) years of experience in Marketing and Sales; exposure to agency-related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive, manage and influence recruitment activities of agency leaders in the sector.
• Conduct regular briefings with agency leaders and branch recruitment officers.
• Strategize and implement alternative recruitment sourcing initiatives to accelerate volume.
• Support Build Your Business events and ensure credible speakers with high impact.
• Maximize BYB platforms in the sector and ensure examination slots are utilized.
• Track recruits in the pipeline to convert BYB guests to coding.
