Job summary

JB Elite Corporation is seeking an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead hands-on, analytical finance operations in Cavite. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and provide meaningful recommendations to management.

The role requires strong skills in BIR filings, tax compliance, and financial analysis, with proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Managerial experience is preferred and CPA is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in BIR filings, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Financial Statement preparation and analysis.
• Strong Excel and accounting system skills.
• Knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting, cost center monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Preferably with managerial/supervisory experience.
• CPA is an advantage.
• Hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to provide sound financial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and finance operations, including BIR filings and tax compliance
• Prepare and analyze Financial Statements and financial reports
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor cost centers, expenses, and income
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of financial reports
