Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required
• CPA required
• 5-6 years of experience in Accounting, or 1-2 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Experience with ERP Financial Systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and assess the performance of the Finance Division staffs
• Provide assistance and guidance on day-to-day matters within the division, ensuring smooth operations
• Manage daily, weekly, and annual financial projections
• Allocate funds efficiently, prioritizing payments according to organizational needs
• Review and validate bank transactions, PCVs, and utilization of funds
• Monitor and assess incurred expenses, payment deadlines, and supplier relations
• Conduct regular reviews of check payments processed by the Accounts Payable Staff to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Preparation of Monthly and Annual Financial Statements and Notes
• Weekly Reports on budget, status of receivables and progress billings
• Provide internal reports as needed by other department and management
