Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• At least 4 years experience in a similar role; strong documentation skills; proficient with Google Suite and LinkedIn for sales funnels.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Conflict resolution, communication, counseling, reporting and consulting.
• Resolving client queries.
• Researching and cross-selling additional products or services for clients.
• Reviewing client’s financial income and offering advice when necessary.
• Develop effective client retention plans aligned with sales targets.
• Plan quarterly goals for clients aligned to season/theme.
• Onboard and integrate new clients with the Sales team.
• Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
• Assist operating departments on issues requiring assistance.
