Job summary

RISE Internet is seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee client care and deliverables for multiple accounts in the Philippines. The role focuses on developing long-term client relationships and connecting with key executives and stakeholders to support business growth.

You will resolve client queries, provide product information, and collaborate with Sales to onboard and expand client partnerships, using tools like Google Suite and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• At least 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong documentation skills and can use Google Suite, LinkedIn, and other relevant software for sales funnels.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
• Resolve client queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Cross-sell additional products or services to benefit clients.
• Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients.
