Thakral One Pte. Ltd. invites a Client Partner/Account Manager to manage and grow strategic relationships with enterprise clients across Banking, Financial Services, and Utilities.

You will understand client priorities and coordinate consulting, data and AI, specialist talent, and technology solutions to deliver lasting business value. You will lead account planning, engage with senior executives, and ensure delivery teams align to client objectives, while pursuing cross‑selling and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, CS, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, account management, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts and hitting revenue targets.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, or other large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, CFOs) and other decision-makers.
• Develop account plans covering priorities, opportunities, and growth objectives.
• Manage the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract closure.
• Collaborate with consultants, data specialists, and delivery teams to develop solutions.
• Align client expectations with delivery capabilities and governance.
• Drive cross-selling across consulting, data and AI, talent, and transformation services.
