You will build strategies, plans and schedules for the OSHCstudents team, develop strategic partnerships, and foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers and agents to drive growth and customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with laws.

• Responsible for regional markets and expanding markets.
• Build strategies, plans and schedules for OSHCstudents team (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Develop strategic partnership activities.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on sales gain and customer satisfaction.
• Work with agents regarding daily issues.
