Job summary

Agoda is seeking an Account Specialist to grow Agoda's supply network and manage a portfolio of emerging supply partners. You will support partnership-related functions at scale and help connect partners to Agoda's vast inventory of hotels, flights, and experiences.

In this role, you will contact partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities, assist with registrations, and drive program participation. Strong communication, data-driven decisions, and ownership are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in business development or sales execution.
• Strong sales skills and confident on the phone with good communication.
• Analytical with a track record of data-driven decisions.
• Autonomous, results-driven, and able to meet targets under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value.
• Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of their online registrations.
• Encourage program participation through focused project sprints.
• Communicate efficiently with partners via phone, email, messaging and webinars.
• Train and inform partners on Agoda's technologies, tools and models.
• Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems.
