Job summary

Agoda in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Growth Team Lead for Australia & Oceania. You will oversee a team of Account Executives managing Agoda’s accommodation partner network, using data and AI to accelerate growth, improve execution speed, and deliver strategic outcomes across the region.

You will shape plans, mentor talent, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet regional targets while maintaining a high-performance culture in a dynamic travel tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational/execution roles.
• Experience in BD/AM skills coaching and training.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in account management or sales.
• Strong data-driven mindset with AI awareness and curiosity.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to grow Agoda’s accommodation partner network.
• Leverage AI and data to improve team performance and execution speed.
• Shape Growth Team plans to align with regional targets and adapt strategies.
• Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and development for team members.
• Identify gaps, create action plans, and monitor progress to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize priorities and outcomes.
• Report pipelines, activity, and results to senior management.
• Demonstrate leadership in high-volume sales operations and customer engagement.
