Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Partner Relations professional to manage long-term relationships with affiliate partners and drive sustainable growth. You will serve as the main contact for partners, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and meeting KPIs.

The role requires strong account and project management experience, Mandarin and English communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account and project management.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles end-to-end including RFPs and negotiations.
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term partner relationships for affiliate partners.
• Act as primary contact for partners and coordinate with internal teams.
• Deliver against KPIs and growth targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for partner enablement and execution.
• Monitor market conditions and analyze landscape to identify opportunities.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
