Job summary

Agoda is expanding its Account Specialist team in the Manila area, focusing on growing Agoda's supply network. You will manage a large portfolio of emerging partners and support partnership activities at scale, driving registrations and engagement through multiple channels.

You will engage partners with clear, data-driven messaging, train them on our tech stack, and help them maximize value from Agoda's platform. A deadline-driven, dynamic environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong sales skills with a personable, confident phone presence.
• Autonomous with a track record of meeting targets.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value.
• Contact new or potential supply partners to encourage completion of their online registrations.
• Encourage program participation through focused project sprints.
• Communicate efficiently with partners via phone, email, messaging and webinars.
• Train and inform partners on Agoda’s technologies, tools and models.
• Prioritize daily tasks, monitor results and track progress in internal systems.
