Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Act as account manager, build and maintain client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and grow revenue.
• Support VAs with HR-related challenges and scheduling.
• Ensure internal systems and workflows run smoothly.
• Regularly report on team and client performance to guide improvements.
• Be available outside regular hours and weekends for urgent cases.
• Willingness to work night shifts is a plus.
