Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an Internal Team Lead and Client Account Manager to oversee client relationships and HR aspects for our VA team. The role includes maintaining client satisfaction, resolving HR-related concerns, and identifying opportunities to upsell services to existing clients.

The candidate will lead VAs, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the team, driving business growth with a strong customer-first approach.

• Strong leadership and account management grounding, especially in holding client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Capacity to take on HR-related issues, such as settling conflicts or handling VA concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an eye on proactive issue resolution.
• Time management to handle multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Flexible working hours and adaptability to team and client needs.
• Ability to spot sales opportunities and drive growth with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction with VA performance and service quality.
• Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
• Manage client relationships to understand business needs and opportunities for upsell.
• Back VAs through challenges, assisting with HR-related concerns and scheduling.
• Coach VAs on strengthening client relationships and teamwork.
• Ensure internal systems, processes, and workflows run efficiently.
• Report on team and client performance, identify trends, and drive data-based improvements.
• Be flexible with schedules and available outside regular hours and on weekends for urgent cases.
• Night shift flexibility is a plus.
