Responsibilities include strategic account planning, contract renewals, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of managerial experience in similar roles.
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client relationships and develop strategic plans.
• Drive revenue growth through account planning and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure service levels and milestones are met.
• Lead contract renewals, scope changes, and pricing discussions with teams.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights to clients.
