Job summary

LEC Steel Manufacturing Corp. in Quezon City, Metro Manila is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent service, maintaining strong client relationships and meeting sales targets.

The position requires 1+ years in account management or sales, knowledge of steel products, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel may be necessary to meet clients as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in account management, sales or business development.
• Knowledge of steel products, specifications and industrial applications.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or segments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Present steel products and solutions to prospective clients and tailor proposals.
• Prepare sales quotations and negotiate terms to ensure profitability.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
