Job summary

LEC Steel Manufacturing Corp. in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time on-site role.

You will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets while representing LEC Steel in a competitive market. The successful candidate will have a proven sales track record in manufacturing or steel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering or related field.
• Proven success in sales within manufacturing/steel sector preferred.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Present and demonstrate steel products and solutions to potential clients and tailor offerings.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure orders and meet targets.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics and customer service to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and raise market awareness.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
