Job summary

Hofi Group of Companies OPC in Ortigas, Pasig City, is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will nurture key accounts, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, forecasting, and maintaining accurate CRM records while aiming to exceed targets and expand the customer base within Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to learn about our products and industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the market to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients whilst ensuring company policies and profitability standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats within your account portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular account reports and updates to management.
