Job summary

Mets Cold Storage Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an account manager to maintain and grow key client relationships in the cold storage sector.

You will coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Billing, and other teams to address client needs and ensure service quality. You will prepare quotations, proposals, and reports, identify new business opportunities, and monitor account requirements while maintaining accurate records of client transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, business development, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in logistics, cold storage, warehousing, or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, concerns, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Transport, Billing, and other departments to address client needs.
• Monitor account requirements, service commitments, and client concerns.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, reports, and other account-related documents.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate new business.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of concerns; assist in contract renewals, account negotiations, and other commercial activities.
• Monitor client feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of client accounts and transactions.
