Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year degree is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operational supervision is required.
• Must have own motorcycle (Reimbursable Gas).

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned clients and build trusted partnerships.
• Translate client requirements and KPIs into actionable directives for internal teams and operations staff.
• Lead, coach, and support account executives, coordinators, or on-site staff for performance and growth.
