Job summary

Eureka Coldega Corporation is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer in Balagtas, Bulacan to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for cold storage and value-added services. You will develop strategies, manage pricing controls, and ensure compliance with QMS and HACCP.

You will build long-term client relationships across food, pharma, agriculture, logistics, and FMCG sectors, while coordinating with operations, finance, and QA to meet targets and maintain brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in cold storage, logistics/warehousing, FMCG/food manufacturing, 3PL / supply chain.
• Experience in client negotiation, pricing, and handling corporate accounts.
• Strong background in sales pipeline management and CRM systems.
• Knowledgeable in Pricing Strategy & Revenue Simulation, Market Research & Competitor Analysis, and Digital Marketing & Promotion Strategies.
• The incumbent will be assigned in Balagtas, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Sales Plan, aligned with revenue, utilization, and customer mix targets.
• Acquire new clients through field sales visits, presentations, trade events, networking, and referrals.
• Promote cold storage services: Pallet storage, Inbound/Outbound handling, Value-Added Services (VAS), Cross-docking, Blast freezing (if applicable), Trucking support (if applicable).
• Conduct pricing simulations and ensure adherence to rate card and discount control matrix. 1.5. Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Monitor competitor pricing, capacity, services, and market movements.
• Conduct market research on frozen/chilled products, food manufacturers, importers, distributors, and 3PL operators.
• Identify and prioritize potential customers based on volume, product type, and revenue potential.
• Develop sales pipelines and maintain CRM records.
• Conduct client visits, business reviews, and performance check-ins.
• Oversee onboarding of new customers: documentation, system registration, SOP alignment, and service orientation.
• Handle escalations, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (owners, supply chain heads, purchasing managers).
• Manage Eureka’s marketing initiatives: Social media content; Brochures, flyers, presentations; Digital campaigns and paid ads; Trade fairs and industry networking events; Corporate branding and public messaging.
• Coordinate with the GM for release of corporate announcements, newsletters, promotional materials, and PR content.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Work closely with Operations for customer requirements, volume forecasts, inbound/outbound schedules, and SLA monitoring.
• Coordinate with Finance for pricing approval, billing accuracy, credit evaluation, and collection support.
• Align with QA & Compliance for customer audits, SOP reviews, and FSMS requirements.
• Ensure customer agreements comply with QMS, HACCP, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Service Agreements, Rate Cards, and NDAs.
• Ensure strict compliance with discount control, pricing policies, and approval hierarchies.
• Maintain updated sales documentation as controlled QMS documents.
• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary sales records.
