You will represent the agency in client meetings, lead a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers, and drive organic growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while guiding campaign planning and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager, preferably in an advertising agency.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships, leading teams, and driving business growth.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team management.

Responsabilités

• Represent the agency in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Senior Account Managers and Account Managers
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
• Monitor campaign performance and provide timely reports and recommendations to clients
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across a diverse account portfolio
• Monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue performance against set goals
• Identify opportunities for organic growth, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts
• Contribute to account planning, brand strategies, and annual campaign roadmaps
