Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales in technical, enterprise, or B2B environments.
• Proven account management experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
• Industry background in Telco/ICT/IT/FMCG/ Retail/ Logistics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships to understand needs and preferences.
• Retain existing clients by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Serve as main point of contact, provide updates on offerings and trends.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with the sales team.
• Handle and resolve client complaints promptly; escalate when needed.
• Monitor client metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with legal/finance on contracts and SLAs.
