Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales in Technical, Enterprise, or B2B environments.
• Proven account management or related experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Industry background: Telco, ICT, IT, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Non-Food, Logistics.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven effectiveness in presenting.
• Able to articulate products and telecommunications industry language.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Develop and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
• Client retention: Focus on retaining existing clients by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing high-level customer service.
• Account management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide updates on product or service enhancements and industry trends.
• Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand product/service offerings and collaborate with sales to generate revenue.
• Issue resolution: Handle client complaints promptly and escalate where necessary.
• Performance analysis: Monitor client metrics and use data-driven insights to improve relationships.
• Contract and agreement management: Ensure contracts/SLAs are in place and compliant.
• Client feedback and surveys: Gather insights to drive process improvements.
• Continuous improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and implement process improvements.
