Globe Telecom is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager in Metro Manila to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across our product offerings.

You will collaborate with sales and operations to address client needs, monitor metrics, and drive value through upselling while upholding service levels and contractual commitments.

This role requires 5+ years in B2B tech sales and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced telco environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales in Technical, Enterprise, or B2B environments.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Industry background: Telco, ICT, IT, FMCG, Retail, Logistics.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven effectiveness in delivering presentations.
• Able to articulate well and keep up with the changing language of products and telecommunications industry.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Any Field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
• Focus on retaining existing clients by addressing concerns and mitigating risks or challenges.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide regular updates on product or service enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell with the sales team and present value propositions to clients.
• Handle and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Monitor and analyze client metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with legal and finance to manage contracts and SLAs and ensure compliance.
• Conduct client feedback surveys to gather insights and measure satisfaction.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance client loyalty.
