Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Leaves of Absence & Benefits Administrator in the Philippines. You will deliver LOA and benefits administration across multiple markets, acting as SME and process owner to support employees, managers, and HR partners while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

You will administer leave programs (medical, parental, caregiver, education, etc.), maintain records, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, and vendors. Experience with Workday and HRIS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 3–5 years in HR Operations, Benefits or Leaves/Case management.
• Experience with Workday, HRIS, and case management systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Leaves of Absence and Benefits administration across markets.
• Serve as SME and process owner; provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Review, track, and resolve cases per SLAs in the case management system.
• Support annual benefits renewals, audits, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and vendors to resolve inquiries.
• Develop knowledge articles and training materials for processes.
